- Hello 98.193.61.4, thank you for taking the time to contact me. This article is currently listed for deletion due to a lack of non-trivial coverage from reliable third party publications. The easiest way to deal with this message would be to provide such sources. If you are aware of any newspaper articles, print or online, or other forms of biographical coverage please document them in the article or respond on the article talk page at Talk:Linda George (Assyrian singer) so that your comments are visible to anyone who may have this page on their watchlist. If you have questions about how to source please feel free to leave me a message here or consult Wikipedia:Citing sources. Regards, Yamaguchi先生 21:03, 9 March 2015 (UTC)
- In addition to the article talk page, you may want to consider commenting at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Linda George (Assyrian singer) as well if you have evidence of coverage from reliable third party publications to share. Regards, Yamaguchi先生 21:23, 9 March 2015 (UTC)
question
editYamaguchi
could you explain to me, what does a reliable publication mean? is there some certain sources or papers that Wikipedia accept only? does a local news paper in Chicago for example, reliable?
thank you. Atour Shmuel (talk) 05:43, 10 March 2015 (UTC)
Yamaguchi,
you didnt answer my question about what "reliable publication" i posted previously, Linda George (Assyrian Singer) does have biographies, articles about her and national events participation, beside the fact that she is a very famous and a public figure with big impact on our nation, but we Assyrians with small population and occupied country since centuries, have our own resources, and i wanna know how reliable that is for Wikipedia.
Not mentioning that Linda George is a professional singer/song writer since more than 30 years, sings in Assyrian, and that makes her music doesn't reach the English listeners or the american press, and deleting article her for that is not fair for her or our nation, please put that in a your consideration as a Wikipedian. and please answer my question.
thanks. Atour Shmuel (talk) 16:00, 10 March 2015 (UTC)
- Hello Atour. Thank you for contacting me again. I am a volunteer so please be aware that I may not respond immediately, rather as my schedule permits me to. For a primer on how to identify reliable sources, please refer to the document at Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources. If you are aware of this person receiving coverage of this sort please add it to the article directly or make a note on the talk pages I listed above so that they may be included. If sources do not exist at this time but are published at a later date, a new article can be created at that time. Regards, Yamaguchi先生 17:00, 10 March 2015 (UTC)

editHello, I'm Largoplazo. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Linda George seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. —Largo Plazo (talk) 17:05, 7 April 2015 (UTC)
