Renaming Aminul Islam
editHello, and welcome to Wikipedia! I notice you added a rename template to Aminul Islam. Thanks for helping to improve Wikipedia! However, the rename template is intended to begin discussion on whether or not the rename the article, so it should be placed instead on the article's discussion page, Talk:Aminul Islam. Also, you should provide a reason for why you want to rename the article. So if you still would like the article renamed, please add the following code to Talk:Aminul Islam:
{{subst:requested move|Aminul Islam Bulbul}} Short reason. ~~~~
Please remember to replace "Short reason." with your reasons for why you want to rename the article. Thanks! -kotra (talk) 20:39, 16 May 2010 (UTC)
- Reason of the proposal : Aminul Islam Bulbul was a famous Captain of Bangladesh National Cricket team.He has been well known as Aminul Islam Bulbul in our Country as well as through out the cricket knowing world; his name is neither "Mohammad Aminul Islam" nor "Aminul Islam". He can be only mentioned as "Amunul Islam Bulbul". Otherwise none can be recognized this Cricketer of Bangladesh.
- Thanks, but you do not need to tell me this. You'll need to add the proposal on Talk:Aminul Islam for other editors to see and discuss. -kotra (talk) 20:54, 16 May 2010 (UTC)
Also with Aminul Islam (poet), you will need to do the same on Talk:Aminul Islam (poet). -kotra (talk) 20:54, 16 May 2010 (UTC)
- Thank you for adding the move/rename request to Talk:Aminul Islam; the discussion will last about 7 days at which point an administrator will read the discussion and determine if there is a consensus to move to the new name.
- Concerning Aminul Islam (poet), I notice you have re-added the request to the article page Aminul Islam (poet), not its discussion page Talk:Aminul Islam (poet). Please do not add the request to the article page (or your user page), it's only supposed to go on discussion pages (you can tell it's a discussion page if it begins with "Talk:"). I've removed it from the article page now, as well as your user page. If you could try it on Talk:Aminul Islam (poet) (like you did on Talk:Aminul Islam), it should work. Thanks! -kotra (talk) 21:12, 16 May 2010 (UTC)
- I think you misunderstood me and put the template on this page instead. I've gone ahead and moved it to Talk:Aminul Islam (poet), you may want to go there and make sure it's how you intended. -kotra (talk) 22:31, 16 May 2010 (UTC)

Your nominations for speedy deletion
editCould you please explain the purpose of your numerous nominations, most of which use the {{db-multiple}} template without specifying the real reason. Favonian (talk) 18:46, 24 May 2010 (UTC)
Please refrain from tagging large number of articles with frivolous deletion tags. If you continue to do this type of disruption, you can be blocked. --Ragib (talk) 19:51, 24 May 2010 (UTC)
I have blocked you and your other account Bineeto Pathok (talk · contribs) for 1 week, for tagging a large number of articles with frivolous deletion tags. It seems that you started this in revenge of the deletion of your non-notable biography pages. Please refrain from such behavior. --Ragib (talk) 19:57, 24 May 2010 (UTC)
Articles for deletion nomination of Sikdar Aminul Haq
editI have nominated Sikdar Aminul Haq, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Sikdar Aminul Haq. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. GedUK 21:09, 20 July 2010 (UTC)
Notable books of poetry from Bangladesh
editThank you for adding citations to Notable books of poetry from Bangladesh. Please could you make the article better by putting citations against each line to show which of the stated authorities confirms the notability of each poetry book? I am willing to help with formatting if you add the information, e.g. by adding a reference number in brackets (1) (2) etc. at the end of each line. - Fayenatic (talk) 21:10, 5 August 2010 (UTC)
The article Alfred Khokon has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Tagged for notability for over a decade. There are two primary source interviews that lack independent analysis. And searches of the usual types found passing mentions of production credits and of the "was in attendance" variety. But there isn't significant coverage in independent, reliable, secondary sources. Fails WP:BIO.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Worldbruce (talk) 14:16, 14 July 2021 (UTC)
