Ensemble cast

Stop unnecessarily adding the word "ensemble cast" in every Malayalam film articles. Ensemble means every actor has equal importance, without a specific hero. It should not be added for decorative purpose, which is misleading. Teegarden's Star b (talk) 06:01, 10 April 2026 (UTC)

I am sending this because I got an indefinite block on my account and i want to fix things so that I can get back to editing articles. I have been blocked due to persistent addition of unsourced content on my articles. I own up my mistakes and the fact that I kept doing it without following the community guidelines.

All this while I have used Sacnilk as the preferred website to track box office grossings, and while I have thought it was a reliable source, I have been mistaken. To fix this, I am willing to stop using thirdparty websites and request you guys to suggest me other reliable sources of box office tracking. Even when I use Sacnilk, I am not sure of how I am supposed to source it to the article, even though i have tried but failed in doing it.

I totally assure you this wouldnt happen again and I humbly request you to lift my indefinite ban, because I just wanted to help and get back on editing Malayalam film articles.

After researching, I understand that popular online tracking blogs like "Sacnilk" or "KoiMoi" are generally unreliable as per the Wikipedia guidelines for sourcing. For Malayalam film articles, I shall strictly rely on various trusted sources such as Onmanorama, ETimes, Mathrubhumi, etc. and I have concluded that they are the best choices providing reliable box office trackings, information, reviews, reception and verdicts.
