Is this part of a school program?

Hello, I'm seeing a ton of new articles about the same town, Oconomowoc. Is this part of a school program? If so, can you let us know who your teacher is so we can give her some suggestions as to how best for the students to get their articles approved? A lot of them appear to be choosing topics that will be very hard to get published, so Wikipedia volunteers would like to talk to y'all about that.
