Hockey people names
editCould you provide some other sources for the name changes you've made? Some of them are unbelievable or contradicted easily.-Wafulz (talk) 03:54, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
- I'm just taking information I'm getting out of the book I cited for Mario Lemieux. About the only other evidence I can find about Mario Lemieux's birth-name is from another Wikipedia article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Quack_688/List_of_people_whose_full_names_are_not_commonly_known I guess if my sources don't seem credible enough, there's really no way I can prove my information outside of hand-delivering a book. Oh well, I tried :( Avalanchebad (talk) 06:48, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
Mass categorization
editI had to revert your mass categorization of traded/signed players. A player shouldn't go in [[Category:Team player]] until they've actually played for the team (they can still be traded before they play for the team).-Wafulz (talk) 12:18, 7 July 2008 (UTC)
- There was a brief reminder about it here (permalink).-Wafulz (talk) 19:13, 7 July 2008 (UTC)
- I'll edit the page to get rid of any ambiguity. Category requirements are listed on the category page itself, but I can see how someone would miss that.-Wafulz (talk) 19:20, 7 July 2008 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. The file File:Montcalm Community College 1.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
unused, low-res, no obvious use
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:01, 3 July 2019 (UTC)
