Proposed deletion of Avery Nesbitt

The article Avery Nesbitt has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

I have nominated Avery Nesbitt, an article that you created, for deletion. • I have removed the AfD per the above line "You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page." which I have done. Please explain why you feel the article does not fit proper guildlines. I am removing the AfD
• The Wikipedia:Proposed deletion is a different process, essentially prior to the Wikipedia:Articles for deletion that the article is currently going through. For the AfD, it is important to leave the notice in place so that everyone is aware of the debate. AllyD (talk) 18:23, 5 March 2010 (UTC)
• Then help me understand what additional information is needed. I have added the references. What else is needed.
