user was taken over due to it being on a school computer, account is under proper ownership and is wanting to continue productive edits that it was once known for

Request reason:

this account is currently protected and has not been accessed by anyone except for the owner, accused "hijackers" were exposed and taken care of a long time ago (in fact this situation was handled over a YEAR ago yet the account was blocked for actions that happened a year ago. not only is the block unjustified but after the account was secured there were many productive edits that took place and they cannot continue due to this block. if it becomes necessary then another account will be created because this block is unjustified and needs to be removed asap

Decline reason:

Request reason:

Again, the account password is changed and the offender no longer has access to an account. How hard is this for you guys to understand? The culprit was a high school student who got on the account because it was logged into a school computer. The account is now under a different password unknown to the high school student and the edits only take place on a home computer. Please unblock this account.

Decline reason:
