BFG
You haven't given a reason for how or why BFG and Bfg are linked, and you are linking to an account that is not in use. Don't do that. If you lost your password, link that account to the CURRENT account, not the other way around. If not, then you need to stop using one of them. Dennis Brown - 2¢ 16:00, 25 June 2015 (UTC)
- The passwords are the same, and I think both account are unified across different wikimedia projects. This is the normal way of spelling my username, Bfg was always wrongly spelled. Any help in fixing this will be appreciated. BFG (talk) 16:04, 25 June 2015 (UTC)
- If you want to use only this account, then you need to log into the OTHER account only once, then redirect the user page to this user page, the talk page to this talk page, both times with the edit summary "Abandoning this account, now using BFG only" (or similar), then never use that account again. That way, anyone looking for you from an old post will automatically be redirected HERE, to the account you actually use. You can also request the account be blocked (without prejudice) while you are logged into that account, to prevent you from accidentally logging in and using it. But you have to log into it to prove you have control over it and request from there. Dennis Brown - 2¢ 16:17, 25 June 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks, I'll do that immediately. BFG (talk) 16:21, 25 June 2015 (UTC)
- Does everything seem to be in order? - I don't think it's a good idea to request a block immediately as this needs to be repeated for a handful of projects before the block should take effect. Again thanks for helping me address this issue. BFG (talk) 16:55, 25 June 2015 (UTC)
- Each project is different, blocking here won't affect another project. And you aren't required to block at all, it is just a good idea. I did the same for my doppelganger account DennisBrown, blocked it. Dennis Brown - 2¢ 16:55, 25 June 2015 (UTC)
- If it does not block any other project, it seems perfectly reasonable to block the account. Where do I request it? BFG (talk) 17:02, 25 June 2015 (UTC)
- Done I just blocked it for you, noting there is no violation and pointing them to this account. This will keep you from accidentally "socking". Dennis Brown - 2¢ 17:12, 25 June 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks again, I just logged in as User:Bfg, and it seems to still work, but it probably just needs some time to take effect. BFG (talk) 17:17, 25 June 2015 (UTC)
- It will still let you log in, you just won't be able to edit anything except your talk page. That is how blocks work, and that will prevent you from accidentally editing an article with that account, as you literally don't have the ability to now. Dennis Brown - 2¢ 17:20, 25 June 2015 (UTC)

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2022 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}}

An article you recently created, MERITS, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more in-depth coverage about the subject itself, with citations from reliable, independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. It should have at least three. And please remember that interviews, as primary sources, do not count towards GNG.(?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.Onel5969 TT me 12:50, 25 December 2022 (UTC)
