Getting refs sorted

Actually, talkpage works just as well. I'm looking to convert the journal reference to a more standard format, but I can't quite figure out what is actually there. It's about this bit. Periodical: Das Kunstgewerbe in Elsaß-Lothringen, Heft 2, Article: Sammlung Spetz, Isenheim, pp. 43-44, 109, 111-112, 124, 131, 140, Straßburg 1.1900/01 - 6.1905/06 (http://katalog.ub.uni-heidelberg.de/titel/66952618 Could you help fill me out the below:

• Article title: Sammling Spetz, Isenheim (?)
• Periodical: Das Kunstgewerbe in Elsaß-Lothringen
• Pages: 43-44, 109, 111-112, 124, 131, 140
• Publisher: ?
• Issue: 2?
• Date: ?
• Author: ?

and what's the 1.1900/01 - 6.1905/06? Published between 01-1900 and 06-1905?
