Javira was born in Rakai District.
He attended St. Mary's kiruuli primary school for primary leaving certificate untill 2007, he joined St. Marys and st. bernard's ss mannya for his O-Level studies from 2008 until 2011. Between 2012 and 2014, he rejoined St. bernard's ss Mannya in Rakai District for his A-Level education. He joined Makerere University in 2014. [1]
He graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of journalism and communication.[2]
