STOP means STOP

Drafts submitted to Articles for Creation which have flaws - but potential - are declined. If the submitted content has no potential to become an article - typically for a complete lack of references or evidence of notability - then the reviewer flags that rejection as STOP. Again, Ballroad, this will never be an article. If you blank the draft, that will indicate you are giving up on it and the title will be deleted. We all value our own time, and work by you or anyone else on this will be a waste of time. We do not have articles on roads without a whole lot more than there is available for this one, and your relative doesn't sound like any more than a run of the mill western pioneer. Most people have multiple misconceptions on what Wikipedia is. You are not alone. An encyclopedia serves to summarize what others have written about a specific subject in reliable published sources. Since youve been at this for almost six months and have 0 reliable published sources, pretty obviously this is a no go. John from Idegon (talk) 19:45, 18 September 2019 (UTC)
