Request reason:

I am trying to edit from Nigeria and using Glo NG an ISP with the same IP address for anyone using it. Nigerian ISP's are not associated with specific computers. It applies to anyone who uses that service provider. I submitted 4 new references to Kemi Omololu-olunloyo article as only admins can edit, next I was blocked. Someone with the same provider may have been in their sockpuppet investigation in the past but it is not me. I am not a sockpuppet. Pls unblock Baltoboy (talk) 11:23, 26 October 2016 (UTC)

Even on the off chance you're not a sockpuppet, I fail to see how unblocking this account will benefit Wikipedia. The links on the talkpage are not references, they're patently useless promotional items in an article already beset with conflict of interest editing.
