Hi Barr59,
I read your comment on Talk:ThermaHelm. Well, about citing sources there is currently no consensus on a preferred citation style or system. APA, MLA, Harvard, or Chicago referencing styles are all okay. For example, the code for citing a book is: <ref>Author last name, author first name (yyyy). ''Book''. City: Publisher. p. page number/pp. page range using the en dash as separator.</ref>; while the code for citing a journal article is: <ref>Author last name, author first name (yyyy). "Title of the article". Journal volume(issue), page/page range separated by an en dash.</ref>... and so on.

There are also some templates that assist and help editors on citing sources ({{cite book}}; {{Citation}}; {{cite journal}}; {{cite web}}; {{cite conference}}; {{cite episode}}; {{cite news}}; {{cite press release}}; {{cite video}}; {{Cite thesis}}...) They are easy to use. You just need to fill in the values into the template fields (after the equal sign of each field) and include the whole template code into the REF HTML tag <ref>{{...template code (fileds and values)...}}</ref>. If you need to use the same source multiple times in an article, just give a "name" to one of its REF tags: <ref name="name_of_the_source">{{...template fileds and values...}}</ref> and then use <ref name="name_of_the_source" /> in all other occurrences. It is good practice to use the same method/style in the same article. For more details about citing sources please see: Wikipedia:Footnotes and Wikipedia:Citing sources.
