There is no reason to remove the January 2001 term end date. Please do not edit war over this issue. Alansohn (talk) 23:29, 30 November 2010 (UTC)
San Diego
editThe election is nonpartisan, as the introduction states and as is explained here. You don't have "numerous sources that can back up this argument" because you're wrong. All of the previous mayoral elections are designated nonpartisan as well:
- San Diego mayoral election, 2004
- San Diego mayoral special election, 2005
- San Diego mayoral election, 2008
- San Diego mayoral election, 2012
So please, stop changing the party labels or you may be blocked for edit warring. Thank you, Tiller54 (talk) 18:35, 12 February 2014 (UTC)
Yes, they are members of their respective parties, but the election itself is non-partisan. The article and references provided clearly explain this so please stop changing it. Thank you, Tiller54 (talk) 18:48, 12 February 2014 (UTC)

editHello, I'm JohnInDC. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Pennsylvania, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. JohnInDC (talk) 01:47, 1 April 2014 (UTC)
Please do not add or change content, as you did to Michigan, without verifying it by citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. JohnInDC (talk) 01:48, 1 April 2014 (UTC)
- Not only were these edits unsourced but they were incorrect. Pennsylvania is a Commonwealth, not a State. And the two mottos that you specifically flagged as "official" appear not to be, particularly Michigan's. Please take greater care in your edits. If you do not have a reliable source to support the change you are making, don't make the change. Thanks. JohnInDC (talk) 01:49, 1 April 2014 (UTC)
