I've noticed that you've been editing medicine related articles. We have a place where the medically minded people hang out: WikiProject "Clinical Medicine". You are invited to join or just browse the talk page, which is also known as the doctors' mess.

If your interests are in nephrology, GI or pre-clinical medicine-- there are projects specifically for those things.

The future of this journal as a separate Wikimedia project is under discussion and the name can be changed suitably. Currently a voting for the same is underway.
