Hi, please edit whatever you like on the polaron article. I am medical doctor, and I am interested in Davydov solitons, which are a kind of polarons. That is why I have editted the polaron article also. Most of the text of polarons in non-biological media was already written by somebody else, so I guess he is one of the quoted people in the reference list - see which researchers have relatively huge number of refs. I believe the person himself is now leading a group studying polarons, so his name in recent refs shoould be last one. I hope this helps. If you want to ask specific question please ask me, yet I am not physicist to comment your edits. However I can discuss in more detail the Davydov soliton entry which is solely my contribution. thermoelectric effect
editHi
please don't hesitate and ask me if you think I can somehow give you some help. If you wan't to be sure to get an answer without waiting too long, rather ask me on my french page there : fr:Discussion Utilisateur:David Berardan, or at least just tell me that you have written something here. As I don't have much time by now I don't come on my english page really often. By the way, I did my thesis on thermoelectricity a couple of years ago, but I am still working on this topic now as an academic researcher ^^
see you soon, David Berardan (talk) 16:50, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
Concerns about pages named *therm*elec*
editI have some ideas about how we can reorganize the pages related to thermoelectricity and generators/coolers based on these principles. I am new to editing wikipedia, so I'm not sure if there is a simple way to get in touch with all of the admins for the related pages. I have formulated an idea for the future organization of these pages (which I've expressed on the talk pages of both thermopower and thermoelectricity. It seems that whoever wrote the articles "thermopower" and "thermoelectric effect" have done a decent job, but the remaining entries seem lacking, and there's still room for improvement even on those two. Let me know what you think. Perhaps we can have a fruitful discussion on my user page.
