The second internet is said to be just a meme made by people who were bored one day and deiced to post stuff about "a second internet." Other really believe it is true and is used for top secret stuff in all the different governments in the world.

Speedy deletion nomination of List of ppl tht need to die

Please do not make statements attacking people or groups of people. Wikipedia has a strict policy against personal attacks.
