Hi !
I've create the beginning of this article Bungo (Japanese language) but i'm not english native speaker so my english is especially bad. I fear to write by myself ! I saw you're full of knowledges about japanese language so maybe you can complete this article. Thanks for your sympathy. Ceridwen 12:02, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
- Hi. I think it would be better to merge Bungo (Japanese language) with Classical Japanese language. I am extremely busy with real life, but when I have a little more time I will try to complete descriptions of the various linguistic periods. After that, perhaps some time can go into general bungo. - Ok as you like, thanks for answering ! Ceridwen 12:24, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
- Mmmmh, I created the article in french wikipedia because we have a book about it in french. If i find some time to read it, I can complete. If you're intersted in this book I can try to translate the french article with you in english ! But I'm really busy too so... not yet ! Ceridwen 12:26, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
You harvest the rewards owing to patient encouragement
Bendono: Months ago, you invited me to explain my use of the -tenno suffix. You were gracious in allowing me time to parse my own thinking. Now I have reduced that point-of view to a relatively concise argument which is posted here:
Your own words will refresh your memory about this. I only hope you really did believe that I would follow through -- albeit after a delay which was longer than might have been expected.

- Ooperhoofd: Jefu asked an honest question, one that I have been wondering for a while too. He was not rude nor did he accuse you of anything wrong. I made a similar comment in the past: [1]. Your response was [2], which may be a response to Jefu's question as well. You asked what the harm was and to wait, and I have. I still question the value of suffixing Tennō to everything, but I will continue to wait in good faith. (I recommend keeping a talk archive rather than blanking your screen every once in a while.) Thank you for your hortatory role in the steps which preceded this posting. --Ooperhoofd 23:08, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
