editHello, I'm Mattythewhite. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Fernando Torres, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. editHello. When we change a player's club, as you did at Cristian Hidalgo, we have to add a reference to a reliable source to confirm the move. Wikipedia's policy on biographies of living persons is strict on that. All you have to do, is put a link to the page on the new club's website that reports him joining. It doesn't matter it it's in French or Arabic, so long as it confirms he's signed for the club. Thank you for listening. cheers, Struway2 (talk) 15:55, 17 January 2015 (UTC)

editHi,
I like that you are interested in helping and contributing on wikipedia but you must have sources for what you do. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia based on facts (and sources) and we can not change anything based on rumours or no source. Please use sources. QED237 (talk) 23:59, 20 January 2015 (UTC)

editHi there! Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
I noticed your recent edit to Fernando Llorente does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.
Edit summary content is visible in:
- User contributions
- Recent changes
- Watchlists
- Revision differences
- IRC channels
- Related changes
- New pages list and
- Article editing history
Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. Thanks! SLBedit (talk) 06:30, 30 January 2015 (UTC)

editWelcome to Wikipedia. At least one of your recent edits, such as the edit you made to Alan Kardec, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at the welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make some test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Alan Kardec. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted or removed.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor then please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive, until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively could result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. SLBedit (talk) 14:07, 5 February 2015 (UTC)

Blocked as a sockpuppet
editThis account has been blocked indefinitely as a sock puppet of Gringoladomenega (talk · contribs · global contribs · page moves · user creation · block log) that was created to violate Wikipedia policy. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not, and that all edits made while evading a block or ban may be reverted or deleted. If this account is not a sock puppet, and you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}} below. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Mike V • Talk 05:24, 7 February 2015 (UTC) |
