Request for usurpation
editHello, Bensh. A request has been made via Wikipedia:Changing username (or meta:SRUC) to usurp, or "take over", your username because another user would like to use it to edit. The changing username guideline allows a username that is not being actively used to be usurped if the user is given an opportunity to object and does not do so.
If you do not object to being renamed to a new username in order for another user to use the name you currently have, please log in and post a reply here saying so (you may also tell us what username you would like to be renamed to, or we will provide you with a generic one) or use Special:GlobalRenameRequest.
If you do nothing: the request may be filled shortly, and your account will be moved to a generic username. You may request that it be moved to a new username of your choice at any time.
If you object to being renamed: please log in and make an edit to this page clearly stating that you object to usurpation. Any objection on your part will prevent usurpation.
Please note that even if your current username is usurped, you can still edit and your data will not be lost; your preferences, watchlist, and other user settings will be transferred to a new username.
Thank you for your time. Benshe77 (talk) 01:19, 14 June 2017 (UTC)
NJT/Amtrak approaches template & Sawtooth
editThanks for your fine work with this Template:NJ Transit Newark/Hoboken Division approaches It's dense but would like to see the named Sawtooth Bridges included. It is used on NEC to crossover NJT, PATH, and Conrail between Hudson/Waterfront Connection and Swift Kearny Connection. Not sure how to add it. Willing to give a try. Seems OK?Djflem (talk) 21:11, 5 May 2020 (UTC)
- Hey, thanks for helping me out with the template (it's the first one I created ground-up). Ultimately, I'm leaning against it because the purpose of the trackmap is primarily to depict the logistical interlockings connecting legacy line segments that comprise the Newark/Hoboken divisions, not necessarily the physical infrastructure itself. If you can think of a better way, possibly separating out the interlockings into separate lines, then feel free. Thanks. Bensh (talk) 16:05, 6 May 2020 (UTC)

Tagged edits as minor edits
editGreetings. With this note I'd like to ask that you not tag almost all of your edits as "minor edits" -- in particular your last two edits. As noted on this page, WP:HEP — "A check to the 'minor edit' box signifies that only superficial differences exist between the version with your edit and the previous version: typo/grammar corrections, formatting and presentational changes, rearranging of text without modifying content, etc. A minor edit is a version that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute."
