The banner probably belongs, but since the article had no information about why, it was sort of out of place. Crossdressing

Well, the problem is that it seemed to be pretty much synthesis - taking lots of incidences wherein characters dressed as members of the opposite gender, for a wide variety of reasons, and then describing them all as "cross-dressing".
