Some comments on your article.
First of all, very good research and interesting history.
- When you publish it you won't have a section heading before the lede section.
- You should add links to other wikipedia pages (e.g., http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hollywood_film_industry)
- I think that the first sentence could be more of a definition of what the Chicago Film Industry is. And your lead section should touch on all of the subtopics contained below. The lead section should give a well-rounded extended definition and overview, and not merely be a "lead-in" to the article. Many people will read only the lead section.
- Headings and sectional organization: I'm not sure that all of your headings give a clear sense of the topic of their section. Your organizational structure appears to be largely chronological, yet that order is not apparent in all of your headings. Also, I think 1920s to present is a very long period... is 1920 really a natural dividing line?
- External Links: The reason you have a box around your URL is because you have a space at the beginning of the line. The entry for Scheetz should say "Diss." or "Dissertation" before the school. See: http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/747/06/ (search for "dissertation")
