There is indeed a deleted article by this name. You can see the deletion log here. Judging by the page content, it was deleted because it was a book published by a vanity press, by an apparently unknown author. For a book or author to have an encyclopedia article, there would need to be significant coverage by reliable sources. Wikipedia is a place for encyclopedia articles, not book reviews.
