Generally, Wikipedia is not the place for link to social networking sites, and claims about "funniest", etc should not be made without sources, especially on pages about living people. My personal opinion is that that would not be very appropriate for an encyclopedia (especially since nearly every athlete has a fan page), however, perhaps you would be best to discuss it on the talk page of the article here. My opinion is not the rule, and nothing says I'm more right than you, just be very careful about article about living people, which must be properly sourced.
