editHello, I'm Sdrqaz. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Olamide seemed less than neutral and has been removed. If you think this was a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Sdrqaz (talk) 19:15, 10 January 2021 (UTC)
Thanks Sdrqaz,I added those words from glo endorsement of olamide.I never knew look at it from that angle.Thanks Biowikician (talk) 16:05, 11 January 2021 (UTC)
Not a problem. Just try to attribute opinions like "superb" to a source. Sdrqaz (talk) 17:01, 11 January 2021 (UTC)
Hello Biowikician. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Biowikician. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Biowikician|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Ifnord (talk) 07:43, 12 January 2021 (UTC)
I am not being paid or expecting to be compensated.What gives you this impression?I would like to know please.Thanks Biowikician (talk) 08:17, 12 January 2021 (UTC)
What mistakes am I doing that make you think am being paid,am novice here and am ready to learn from you . Biowikician (talk) 08:27, 12 January 2021 (UTC)
Incorrect addition of categories
editHi Biowikician - you have been adding a lot of categories to pages, but most, if not all, of these appear to be incorrect as stated at WP:CATSPECIFIC "an article should be categorised under the most specific branch in the category tree possible, without duplication in parent categories above it."
To take an example you have just added Category:Nigerian people to Durella (musician), but he is already listed in Category:Nigerian male musicians, which is a subcategory of Category:Nigerian men by occupation, which is a subcategory of Category:Nigerian men which is a subcategory of Category:Nigerian people. These higher-level categories are usually called "parent categories", and, as stated above we do NOT add parent categories.
Please do not add any more links to Category:Nigerian people, when the article already includes any subcategories - e.g. categories with "Nigerian somethingorother" Thank you - Arjayay (talk) 10:36, 4 March 2021 (UTC)
- Obviously, the same holds true for any other parent / child categories, not just Nigerian people - Arjayay (talk) 10:53, 4 March 2021 (UTC)
MOSDATES
editChanges like this is incorrect, please read MOS:DATE to understand properly. Best, —Nnadigoodluck███ 22:50, 4 March 2021 (UTC)
- You're still not listening and still making the same mistake. You're making a mess and someone will need to do the cleanup. Please, stop doing changes such as this —Nnadigoodluck███ 08:22, 5 March 2021 (UTC)
- Not just changing dmy to mdy, you're also adding unsourced claims to articles and even turning the date of birth into a bold format as can be seen here. Please and please, stop spoiling articles and letting other editors cleanup after you. —Nnadigoodluck███ 08:56, 5 March 2021 (UTC)
- Kindly revert yourself in the articles I couldn't cleanup your mess. Best, —Nnadigoodluck███ 09:04, 5 March 2021 (UTC)

editWelcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Emeka Ike, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. —Nnadigoodluck███ 08:34, 5 March 2021 (UTC)
Please do not use styles that are nonstandard, unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Lancelot Oduwa Imasuen. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Thank you. —Nnadigoodluck███ 08:39, 5 March 2021 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Nnadigoodluck. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Segun Arinze, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. —Nnadigoodluck███ 08:41, 5 March 2021 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Adesua Etomi, you may be blocked from editing. - Arjayay (talk) 09:28, 5 March 2021 (UTC)
Please do not add External links or bare URLs in the body of articles as you did at Kunle Afolayan. Please read and follow Help:referencing for beginners - Thank you - Arjayay (talk) 10:18, 9 March 2021 (UTC)
The article Five hundred naira Nigerian note has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Non-notable; no point in having separate articles for each banknote, if there is nothing more substantial or noteworthy to say. The article title would be an unlikely search term, either, therefore redirecting to main article in the Nigerian currency isn't needed.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. DoubleGrazing (talk) 16:01, 17 April 2021 (UTC)
