Images

Hey. You can't simply find images on google and release them in the public domain as if they're yours. Copyright issues. 86.154.179.153 (talk) 13:00, 24 March 2008 (UTC)

• I had some suspicions about that. How do I do that properly, then? I really wasn't sure what the best option was there, so I just picked one that seemed right. What do I need to do? I'm not entirely sure if you can do that in the first place. There's the Fair Use law that you can use for copyrighted images but that's only for images that are to be used on relevant articles, since Fair Use doesn't allow images on user pages.
