Thanks for your contributions to the 4-chloro-2,5-dimethoxyamphetamine article, though your edits are without merit. DOC is an unscheduled drug in the United States. It is likely that it would be considered an analog (of DOB), in which case, sales for human consumption or possession with the intent to ingest could be prosecuted under the Federal Analogue Act though there has been no subsequent court cases which prove that DOC can actually be prosecuted under this act. I apologize for the misunderstanding, what I was trying to say is that the article cannot say that DOC can for sure be prosecuted under the Analog Act. If you're familiar with chemistry, pretty much anything can be considered an analog of another drug. Just because the DOJ says that it's an analog doesn't make it an analog drug; it only makes it a likely analog, A proper wording be "the United States DOJ considers it an analog drug". This would have to be proven in court as the analog act is very vague in stating what an analog drug is in the eyes of the law. Tall Midget (talk) 18:45, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
Plagiarism
editThanks for your contribution to Talk:Graff Diamonds robbery raising the possibility that I plagiarised the article from some Russian blog, though your concern is without merit: the article was written in early August, whereas the blog post appeared in September. - Surely concern is merited, other details just serve to remove it. Anyways, glad to hear it was them copying WP as hypothesized. blahaccountblah (talk) 21:18, 11 October 2009 (UTC)
