Draft:Double Helix: A Journal of Critical Thinking and Writing

edit

Hello there

For Draft:Double Helix: A Journal of Critical Thinking and Writing we also need to have reliable independent references. The references that you include are reliable but not independent. You can use them to support the facts, but in themselves do not help the article over the WP:GNG. See if you can find something written by others not connected with the journal. If you can get two of these writings that will show notability. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 21:15, 29 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

Isn't The WAC Clearinghouse a publisher of the journal? That makes them not independent. The same story for the University, it is not an independent entity. If other journal articles are unreferenced, that is a problem for those articles. See WP:Other stuff exists for the essay on this kind of argument. Any way I hope you can find a couple more independent references about the journal so that progress can be made. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 22:55, 29 June 2014 (UTC)Reply
You can certainly write about selection by WAC in the article. But I am still looking for some other independent reference. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 23:54, 29 June 2014 (UTC)Reply
Yes the clue is " reliable sources", which means more than 1. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 02:24, 30 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

Your draft article, Draft:Double Helix: A Journal of Critical Thinking and Writing

edit

Hello Blitzenrupff. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Double Helix: A Journal of Critical Thinking and Writing".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Draft:Double Helix: A Journal of Critical Thinking and Writing}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 02:00, 9 February 2015 (UTC)Reply
