Found this same image on Flickr (http://www.flickr.com/photos/39060645@N02/3591778992/ ) with an "All rights reserved" license. Would be good if you could clearify if this is simply because you uploaded the image to both sites yourself (seeing as you say the image is your own work). If you are not the same person as the Flickr user we can't use the image here without proof that he or she have given permission to release it under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License. Unless a bit more information on the image is provided it may well end up getting deleted so please follow up on this (I almost nominated it for deletion myself but descided to give it the benefit of the dought for now).
