Speedy deletion nomination of HawkHost

edit

Hello Bluehost,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged HawkHost for deletion, because it seems to be an promotion, rather than an encyclopedia article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks, Cdtew (talk) 14:14, 30 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

This is your only warning; if you insert a spam link to Wikipedia again, as you did at Bluehost, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. bonadea contributions talk 13:58, 24 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please do not use Wikipedia for affiliate marketing, such as you did in the article Bluehost. This is contrary to the guidelines on external links and immediately suggests that you may have a conflict of interest. Feel free to take a look at the five pillars of Wikipedia policy to learn more about this project and how you can make a positive impact. Thank you. bonadea contributions talk 05:50, 25 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at HostGator, you may be blocked from editing without further notice.

This is your final warning. If you add an affiliate/coupon code link to Bluehost or Hostgator or any other Wikipedia article you will be blocked. Such links have no value whatsoever for the Wikipedia readers, and are explicitly not permitted on Wikipedia pages. bonadea contributions talk 09:05, 25 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abuse of editing privileges. In addition to the issues with your editing mentioned above, your account clear exists to edit on behalf of a business, throughout your editing history a proportion of your editshave been outright vandalism, and you have been edit warring in order to keep your spam edits in. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  JamesBWatson (talk) 11:56, 25 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

I note that you have been evading this block by editing without logging in, and also that you have tried to edit from this account, most recently on May 10, 2013, at 11:19:21 (UTC). You have been given instructions on how to request an unblock. Please don't try to evade the block, as doing so will lead to the articles you edit being protected, which will prevent legitimate users from editing those articles. It really is unfortunate when legitimate users are prevented from editing because of the actions of spammers. JamesBWatson (talk) 14:21, 11 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
