One serious problem is that you appear to have used, as one of your sources, a discussion with Mr. Ham. Unfortunately, we can't really accept that sort of thing as a source -- not because either you or Mr. Ham is unreliable, but because allowing that sort of thing ("I went and asked him, and this is what he told me, and he never told this to anyone else, only me!") would lead to all sorts of problems when it is abused by people who are less ethical than you. Instead, I recommend publishing it via your local historical society; that's what historical societies are for.
