Concerning the unsourced stuffs, will it be OK if i add as many references to press articles (in french) as the french wikipage ?

Can you explain what you mean by "their own website is not independant"? Is it required to have a own website created by someone else?

For example the wikipedia page of Global Organization of Parliamentarians Against Corruption has links to the website of http://www.gopacnetwork.org/, which is their own website.

In any case, i would be glad to read you in order to improve this draft.
