actually forget it i've just spoken to our IT guy and he reckons our system was hacked yesterday via wireless intercept. It happened 2 years ago when our password et all were nicked from the clubs server. So to whoever reads this we've changed our passwords and we know the van you used - so next time we will k... y... f...... h... in.
