Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "Bobot222", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it contains the suffix "-bot", which is generally reserved for authorized bot accounts. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may file for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account and use that for editing. Thank you. creffett (talk) 02:53, 20 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hi creffett, I don't think this policy goes so far. This users account name is not ending with 'bot' it just has the word 'bot' in it as part of their name. Please don't look so black and white. That is a bad welcome for this new user. DutchTina (talk) 20:23, 20 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
DutchTina, strictly speaking, the policy refers to Usernames which could be easily misunderstood to refer to a "bot" (which I would say this username falls into) - but I would have accepted "bobot is my nickname" as a good enough explanation to keep the name. creffett (talk) 01:11, 21 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Thank you DutchTina for the welcome. I've already requested for a change of username. Hope there will be no problem with the new one. By the way, my nickname is Bobot. Thanks again. Bobot222 (talk) 21:38, 20 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
