N82 highway (Philippines) moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, N82 highway (Philippines), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. —hueman1 (talk contributions) 14:48, 6 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Category:Roads in Bohol

edit

A tag has been placed on Category:Roads in Bohol indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself. Liz Read! That’s because there was one article that was moved into draftspace as it wasn’t suitable for mainspace. BoholMappingAndRoutes (talk) 15:27, 16 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

Username policy

edit

I found Draft:N10 highway (Philippines) in the pile of drafts awaiting review and wanted to raise some issues with you.

First, I don't think your username is clearly within our username policy since it could be taken for a regional official body, violating the policy against names that imply shared use. You should consider changing it to something more personal.

Second, in looking at just a few of your contributions (N8, N10, N11, N56), they all appear to based only on "official" government departmental sources with no secondary sources. I'm not going to claim that I understand all of NGEO and NHIGHWAY, but according to my reading your current sources are not sufficient. You need additional, secondary sources to establish notability. I see some of the other highway contributions you made have already been sent back to to draft space for concerns over lack of notability sources.

I suspect that these highways can all be shown to be notable according to this stricter interpretation and, once you get the knack of adding the right kind of sources, all of them can become articles. Please keep working on them. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 05:19, 7 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Santa Rosa–Tarlac Road, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Kilometer zero. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
