Depeche Mode origin

edit

I'm interested why you keep removing the term "UK" from the Depeche Mode infobox. As is explained at WP:MOSBIO, the country of origin should be identified, not the ethnic grouping. Do you have some opposition with stating that Depeche Mode are from the United Kingdom? -- Chairman S. Talk Contribs 10:46, 21 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Depeche Mode POV

edit

Your insistence in replacing "many fans felt" with "most fans felt" in the Exciter section is blatant POV, and thus, not suitable for Wikipedia. Wikipedia articles must be verifiable, and you are not going to be able to find a source that shows how many fans liked the album and how many didn't. Hence, by including "most", you are most likely just trying to impose your own biases (presumably your dislike for "Exciter") onto the page. -- Chairman S. Depeche Mode Genre

edit

Depeche Mode are an Alternative Rock and Synthpop band. They have stated it themself. With their influences being French rocker Gainsbourg and Japanese synthpop legends YMO. A source has been given from rollingstone stating DM to be Alternative Rock and synthpop. If you remove this, you will be banned from editing articles.
