editTeratornis was a bit overdramatic, but if you don't follow a few important rules your article may end up deleted. If you want to start a new article, I recommend you visit the WP:AFC wizard to get an idea what is required, after you've found out what an article needs, you don't need to submit it there, you can start the new page like any regular user.
