Hybrid management-Please advise if this is the same as Hybrid organization?
editPlease don't move Hybrid management-Please advise if this is the same as Hybrid organization? back to the mainspace or otherwise recreate it. The drft namespace is a place where you can work on a page (including the title) before it goes out live to the whole world. The title of this article is not something you would expect in an encyclopedia (no matter how specialized), so please don't use such titles here. Fram (talk) 10:37, 19 October 2018 (UTC)
Hybrid management
editPlease don't put such articles in the mainspace. Your references didn't support your text at all, which is worse than having an unsourced article. First make sure that what you write is supported by the sources you provide, and only then start thinking of bringing an article to the mainspace. Fram (talk) 10:43, 19 October 2018 (UTC)
This is your final warning. You are using ""Effect of chloroquine on cultured fibroblasts: release of lysosomal hydrolases and inhibition of their uptake". Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications." to source a paragraph about country club style leaders and human resources management? " "Atomic models for the polypeptide backbones of myohemerythrin and hemerythrin". Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications." as a source for different models of HR management? I have no idea what you are trying to achieve, but this is vandalism or incompetence, and both are not acceptable traits in an editor here. Next time, don't move the article back to the mainspace yourself but go through Wikipedia:Articles for creation to get an independent review of the article to see if it is ready for the mainspace. Otherwise, I'll simply block you and delete the article. Fram (talk) 08:33, 31 October 2018 (UTC)
You got your final warning, you proceeded doing the exact same thing anyway. You are now indefinitely blocked, and your strangely sourced essay has been deleted. Fram (talk) 08:02, 2 November 2018 (UTC)

- Perhaps you should have read the instructor's directions on how to use Wikipedia before diving in head-first and making a mess of things? Or, it would not have been so bad if you had responded to the concerns that were raised here, on your user talk page, by other editors. —C.Fred (talk) 14:03, 4 November 2018 (UTC)

Request reason:
I am a new student from the University of Sydney, and this is my first semester, I choose a opening learning course about learning how to use Wikipedia, and how to create article in wikipedia. But I am an international student and I study abroad, this course is a little hard for me to understand, and this is my first semester, I am really confused and don't know really know how to do. It makes me feel nervous and depressed. Next time, I won't move the article back to the mainspace by myself but go through Wikipedia:Articles for creation to get an independent review of the article to see if it is ready for the mainspace. I had been blocked and I already rewrite my article, we have a 70% assignment about writing this article, could you discuss and unblock my account? thanks
Decline reason:
We have many international editors here. They edit constructively. If language presents an insurmountable barrier, the you do not meet WP:CIR. You have utterly not followed instructions in this or the following unblock requests. -- Dlohcierekim (talk) 16:22, 4 November 2018 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- Why did you not read the instructions from your instructor on how to use Wikipedia? Why did you not respond the advice given to you by other editors? Please respond to my questions below; do not use an unblock template, but just type your message and sign with four tildes. —C.Fred (talk) 14:09, 4 November 2018 (UTC)

But I am an international student and I study abroad, because of my limitation of understanding English, this course is a little hard for me to understand, and this is my first semester, I am really confused and don't know really know how to use Wikipedia professionally. - Bondwang, does your instructor have a class page on Wikipedia that you were supposed to check in at? It would help your case if we knew who the instructor is and the class parameters. Please reply below (without an unblock template). —C.Fred (talk) 18:11, 4 November 2018 (UTC)
This is a opening learning course, and this is the first semester that our university have this kind of course. I think class parameters are a little confused and because of my ability of understanding English, it is a little hard for me.
I believe that the block is no longer needed because I understand what I am blocked for, and I will not do it again and I will make good changes instead.
Please trust me again. I promise, credibly, that I will stop doing whatever got me blocked.
The reason why I am here is I chose an opening learning course about how to use Wikipedia in university study. I want to improve my English and learning the knowledge from Wikipedia. I am clear now on how to use Wikipedia.
And we have total 70% on this assignment, I have to work diligently to pass, I really worked diligently for this course, and I had been to all the seminars, my attendance is 100%. I already saw the comments of this assignment, and I still feel confused and concerned.
I am pretty sure that partial of classmates, their work also has been delated. This is my submission detail about our total 70% written assignment:
Total word Count: equivalent 2000 words (excluding references) Submission type: Word Document, and URL Submission requirements: Each student must include their WikiID in the Comment box for the assignment submission dropbox. You must also include a URL that links to your article if: it is in the mainspace it is in a user draft page All students must submit a Word .doc as well, even if the transition to the mainspace was successful and uneventful. Another editor can find issues with it at a later time and the article may be changed or flagged for deletion if that happens and we would like to keep a record of what you have. This assignment assesses your knowledge of content that has been taught in this OLE, specifically, the content contained in the following online modules which you completed sequentially: Wikipedia Essentials Editing Basics Evaluating Articles and Sources Exploring Topic Areas and finding a WikiProject Wikipedia Editing Project: References and Reference Lists Wikipedia Editing Project: Interrogating your sources In preparation for this final assessment, you completed the following activities and assessments: Topic 5 – Activity and discussion related to tagging Creating an Article Proposing a requested starter article and source justification References and Reference Lists Sandboxes and Mainspace Training Draft Wikipedia article for Teacher and Peer Review
To be honest, I completely agree with another administrator, this is looking like a student project that got off on the wrong foot. I think the reason is this is the first semester that we have open learning course, many things need to try. And I am also a new student from university study, this course is a little confused and hard for me to understand.

- As I said before, I am waiting for the blocking administrator to comment. This may take a few hours. If there's no reply by this time tomorrow, then I'll look at moving ahead without their input.
- So right now, you need to wait. When you keep adding the same text over and over, it makes us wonder if your contributions to the encyclopedia will be positive overall. —C.Fred (talk) 03:02, 5 November 2018 (UTC)
Thanks, so as for now, I just need to wait :) Bondwang (talk) 03:05, 5 November 2018 (UTC)
I have very little faith that this will lead to a better result, but feel free to unblock to give them a final chance. If the same type of nonsense gets added to the mainspace or draft space again, I'll simply reblock (if no one beats me to it). I would urge the unblocking admin to set a condition that any new article needs to be created in draftspace, and that they are not allowed to move it to mainspace themselves but have to use the AfC process. - Thanks Dlohcierekim. I second what C.Fred said - please ask your instructor to get in touch with either me (on Wikipedia), email Helaine (helaine wikiedu.org) or ask for assistance on the Education noticeboard. One way or the other, we can put them in touch with additional guidelines for running an assignment on Wikipedia, and possibly (depending on the country they're based on) find people who can provide additional assistance. Unblocked
editSince you seem to know why you got blocked, and since you say you won't do it again, I am unblocking your account.
Let me make clear some conditions on this. For the next month:
- You may not create any new articles in the main encyclopedia space.
- You may not move any pages from any other namespace to the main encyclopedia space.
You may start draft articles (the name starts with Draft:
), and you may edit existing drafts. You may start articles in your user space (the name starts with User:Bondwang/
). If you think you have improved one of those articles to a quality where it could into the main encyclopedia, you must ask for another editor to review it; they will move it if it meets standards, but you should not move it yourself.
You may participate in talk page discussions for existing articles. You may edit existing articles, but make sure to follow the policies on WP:Reliable sources.
Any violation of these terms could result in an immediate block. (If it were me, I'd give one last warning to remind you what you did before blocking.)
