Problems with upload of File:Dhien .jpg

Hello there,

Well the picture i uploaded is from Cut Nyak Dhien's wikipedia page in Indonesia language (you can check it.) Actually that picture is common Cut Nyak Dhien picture here. Its common picture and everyone use that picture in.. for example in history text book, in a poster etc. So in my opinion that picture can be said as a public domain :)
