Bold editing

edit

Hi BornSeller. Thought I'd just come along and let you know a little more about bold editing. Yes, it goes against your average way of thinking, but it's the only way that a wiki can work. We have nearly 4 million articles, and less than 150,000 editors who've even made one edit in the last month (see Special:Statistics). As such, unless the topic is very mainstream, chances are, discussion will never happen. So the way we get round that is that you go in and make the change you want to make. We can always have a discussion if there's a problem, but the community trusts you! Anyway, the other thing I thought I'd mention is that I've been around the block here a few times, so if you've ever got any questions, feel free to ask. Oh I also hang out at the teahouse, why not pop along ;) WormTT · (talk) 11:19, 3 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi. When you recently edited University of Exeter, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Falmouth and FRS (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
