This is a good start. Remember that your reader doesn't know what "the cemetery" refers to. It needs to be identified and clarified. If you do not have a source other than the newspaper report on the cleanup, then you probably shouldn't include it in the main article. That's not quite enough sourcing for Wikipedia standards. For the Callaway-Steptoe cemetery, it's preferable to cite the sources used in the Clio entry rather than the entry itself. It's sort of like citing Wikipedia for a Wikipedia article.
