There are many ways you can contribute to Wikipedia. Here are a few ideas:
    Fight vandalism
Be a WikiFairy or a WikiGnome
    Help contribute to articles

    Perform maintenance tasks
Become a member of a project that interests you
    Help design new templates

Remember to always sign your posts on talk pages. You can do this either by clicking on the   button on the edit toolbar or by typing four tildes ~~~~ at the end of your post. This will automatically insert your signature, a link to this (your talk) page, and a timestamp.
The best way to learn about something is to experience it. Explore, learn, contribute, and don't forget to have some fun!

To get some practice editing you can use a sandbox. You can create your own private sandbox for use any time. Perfect for working on bigger projects. Then for easy access in the future, you can put {{My sandbox}} on your user page. By the way, seeing as you haven't created a user page yet, simply click here to start it.

Norbert Hofer

edit

The reverted the image you added to this article for a number of reasons. First, it seems to me that it's probably a violation of our policy on biographies of living people. Second, it expresses a viewpoint which may be a violation of our policy on our articles maintaining a neutral point of view.

If you would like to contest the removal in general, please start a discussion at Talk:Norbert Hofer about it.

If you would like opinions from other editors about the BLP issue, you can start a discussion on the Biographies of living persons noticeboard.

If you wish to have the opinions of other editors on whether including it in the article is a violation of NPOV, you can start a discussion on the Neutral point of view noticeboard.

Please rest assured that my removal is nothing personal, and does not indicate my own opinion concerning Hofer, one way or the other Thanks, Beyond My Ken (talk) 00:04, 12 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

I also removed the image from Austrian presidential election, 2016 and Alexander Van der Bellen, for the same reasons as above. Beyond My Ken (talk) 00:10, 12 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
Two further notes: that the image was accepted at Wikimedia Commons has no bearing on whether it is appropriate to be used on English Wikipedia, two separate Wikimedia Foundation projects which are run by their respective communities. I also note that the image has a license verified by OTRS, so for anyone looking on, there is no copyright violation issue in regard to the use of this image, only the en.wiki policy issues noted above. Ways to improve Richard Gach

edit

Hi, I'm Rosguill. Brederode, thanks for creating Richard Gach!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. The article needs to be copyedited, as it currently has a lot of grammatical errors that make it hard to understand. Additionally, several of the citations are either bare URLs or are otherwise incorrectly formatted.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.
