Spencer Hawks (born August 29th, 1983)[1] is a Real Estate Executive Broker from Greenbrier in Faulkner County in central Arkansas, who is a Republican member of the Arkansas House of Representatives. His District 70, which he has represented since 2019, includes part of Faulkner and Perry counties.

 Hawks was raised in and around Central Arkansas, graduated from Greenbrier High school in Greenbrier, Arkansas in 2002. After high school Spencer studied for the ministry at Bob Jones University, and the secured a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Central Baptist College in Conway, Arkansas.  Before the legislature Hawks was a school administrator and later owned a real estate company with a family member.  Hawks and his family attend Fellowship Bible Church in Conway where he serves by teaching Jr. High and High School students.

In 2018, Hawks was elected in House District 70. having defeated Democratic Candidate Councilman Andy Hawkins. Hawks had formerly served as a Justice of the Peace on Faulkner County Quorum Court. Hawks serves on the: House Judiciary Committee, House Committee for City, County and Local Affairs, Joint Legislative Audit Committee, and is an alternate on the Joint Energy Committee. Hawks is also the Vice-Chair for the City, County, and Local Affairs - Planning Sub-committee. Hawks served as Freshman Caucus Co-Chair during the 2019 Session.

Act 336: To amend the law concerning certain vacated municipal offices.

Act 195: To amend the Arkansas municipal accounting law to allow municipalities to accept debit card and credit card payments.
