Thank you for contributing to the article Walt Dropo. However, please do not use unreliable sources such as blogs, your own website, websites and publications with a poor reputation for checking the facts or with no editorial oversight, expressing views that are widely acknowledged as extremist, that are promotional in nature, or that rely heavily on rumors and personal opinions, as one of Wikipedia's core policies is that contributions must be verifiable through reliable sources, preferably using inline citations. If you require further assistance, please look at Help:Menu/Editing Wikipedia, or ask at the Teahouse. Thank you. Sam Kuru (talk) 01:10, 8 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 1906 Boston Americans season, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page The Day. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Url-status parameters

edit

Hello! This is an exceedingly small issue, but just as a heads up, the |url-status parameter should not be used in a citation template unless that template contains a filled |archive-url parameter. Happy editing!--Jerome Frank Disciple 13:27, 20 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

Oh really!? Thank you for the heads-up, this will save me time in the future. Thanks again. BritishBornBaseballer (talk) 16:25, 20 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hi - thank you for your contributions to 2024 Boston Red Sox season. Please avoid repeated wikilinks to the same target article, such as [[Red Sox]]. In general, terms should only be linked once per major section (MOS:LINKONCE), and linking to [[Red Sox]] deep within an article about the Red Sox is usually unnecessary (MOS:OL). In places where it is helpful to link to Red Sox, the full name, [[Boston Red Sox]], should be used. Thanks. Dmoore5556 (talk) 01:57, 30 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
