A tag has been placed on Gregory wilker, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Leebo86 16:34, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
Hi. I had to do a bit of checking before I could answer your inquiry. To begin with, Funny People is a majot theatrical release and was a number one box office draw. By comparison, a small independent film such as The Prankster does not meet the criteria for inclusion. Furthermore, it was being pushed by a user whose aim it was to promote the movie given his username of "The Prankster Movie." I see no contribution of yours in that deleted history. If you're being asked by the producers of the film to comment, you should know that such actions are frowned upon and can lead to the loss of your edit privileges. I'm glad you asked as to why the article was deleted, but I had nothing to do with it. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 18:24, 10 August 2009 (UTC)
