editHello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to List of Duke Blue Devils men's basketball seasons may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Jonathan Meeks in 2013.jpg
editA tag has been placed on File:Jonathan Meeks in 2013.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free file with a clearly invalid licensing tag; or it otherwise fails some part of the non-free content criteria. If you can find a valid tag that expresses why the file can be used under the fair use guidelines, please replace the current tag with that tag. If no such tag exists, please add the {{Non-free fair use}} tag, along with a brief explanation of why this constitutes fair use of the file. If the file has been deleted, you can re-upload it, but please ensure you place the correct tag on it.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. January (talk) 17:56, 1 July 2014 (UTC)

editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Andy Etchebarren, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Mark Mason. Tony Gonzalez
editYour edits to Tony Gonzalez are in good faith, but the page, specifically the infobox, is already set up the way a retired player's page should be set up. So unless you are adding encyclopedic and well sourced content to the body of the article, leave it alone.--Rockchalk717 19:30, 3 September 2014 (UTC)
- Alright, I'll try not to do this in my future edits, as well as fix other pages that are like this. Brobro264 (talk) 12:58, 18 September 2014 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of A.C. MeeLan
editHello Brobro264,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged A.C. MeeLan for deletion, because it seems to be inappropriate for a variety of reasons.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. ubiquity (talk) 01:13, 5 September 2014 (UTC)
One-sentence paragraphs
editHey, Brobro. I just reverted one of your edits and reviewed several others. Please reconsider creating one-sentence paragraphs in the lead section and elsewhere. One-sentence paragraphs are rarely appropriate. Regards, Dirtlawyer1 (talk) 19:33, 7 September 2014 (UTC)
I noted that you reverted my redirection on So Far Away (Red song), with an edit comment that the Song charted. Which is all good and fine. Except you have not added any citations from reliable sources to back up that assertion. Also, the table on the page does not indicate WHICH Christian Music Chart that this single charted #1 on. Note that it is entirely the burden of those wishing to add or keep content to provide reliable sources backing up the content. If reliable sources are not provided, the article will likely again be converted to a redirect. Thanks. Safiel (talk) 02:39, 15 September 2014 (UTC)
Per rule, a valid reference must be added before you revert. The creating editor has lied. Editor has been blocked three times for lying. Over 20 articles on songs have been deleted because editor has lied about songs being charted. Even when edit has given a reference, they have lied about what the ref actually contained. Add a damn reference, then you can revert. Bgwhite (talk) 00:03, 18 September 2014 (UTC)
- I see from the above discussion, Safiel has told you the exact same thing. Again, the onus is on you to ADD A REFERENCE before reverting. Note, the creating editor was blocked for repeatedly adding non-referenced information. You are doing the same. Bgwhite (talk) 00:10, 18 September 2014 (UTC)
- Calm down man. Show me an article where he has lied, and I won't revert it. And about the So Far Away, what is there to reference? I removed the charts (which, by the way, I did not add) so I don't see what there is to reference. Brobro264 (talk) 12:45, 18 September 2014 (UTC)
- You calm down as you are the one reverting and breaking the rules. You are the one reverting multiple people. Look at his talk page and at all the AfD messages, the speedy messages and his block log. Again, per rules, you have to add a reference in order to revert. If you revert with charts removed, the song becomes non-notable per WP:NSONG. There are two choices, leave it as a redirect or add references. Any further blind reverting on your part and you will be blocked. You have been warned by multiple people on multiple articles. Consider this your final warning on being blocked. Bgwhite (talk) 01:40, 18 September 2014 (UTC)
- I'm not the one swearing, so I think you should calm down. I'm reverting one person, you. I'm not getting blocked any time soon. Also, why shouldI be blocked if its the first time I've done this? I didn't add the chart to So Far Away, that Zlgiancarlo character did. Brobro264 (talk) 12:40, 18 September 2014 (UTC)

editHello. I see that you've blanked the article Mike Van Raaphorst, apparently intending to delete the page. Please be noted that blanking a page is not tantamount to a deletion. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Proposed deletion of Joe Rickard
editThe article Joe Rickard has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- fails WP:MUSICBIO and WP:GNG
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Walter Görlitz (talk) 23:01, 13 November 2016 (UTC)
