1) In the first sentence, you mention the use of projection neurons. Is there a way to specify what a projection neuron is? I searched for a direct wikipedia article, but it lists a few different options for projection neurons including "spiny neurons" and "tuffed cells." Which one is it? Do these all mean the same thing? I am not sure how relevant this specificity is.

2) In the second paragraph, you move on from the cholinergic system to the noradrenaline system. Is there a way to make more of a connection to these two or explicitly state how they are related? Is the cholinergic system the general system and the noradrenaline system a more specific system/ a subset of this system or a whole new system on its own?

3) In the last sentence, you discuss the often "tonic" release of noradrenaline. Can you break this down and exmplain more what it means to be tonic and to "prepare the supporting glial cells for calibrated responses"? Maybe add an additional sentence that starts "In other words..."? Courtlee214 (talk)

Peer Review Response

I have found Courtney's suggestions to be very helpful. I have to revise my article because I tend to expect my readers to know more than they do. There was a slight misunderstanding for the second suggestion. I intended my paragraphs to be two separate sections for the article, but Courtney interpreted them as one whole. She rightly then told me to make a better connection between the two. However, I intend two keep these ideas separate in the wikipedia article. Btravers (talk) 00:42, 9 March 2017 (UTC)Reply
