Speedy deletion nomination of Mellow Mushroom (internet cartoon)
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Mellow Mushroom (internet cartoon) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. King Jakob C2 14:46, 6 July 2013 (UTC)
Regarding Minor Edits
editHey. Real quick notice, I saw the edit you made at Toontown Online, and reverted it for being too big for a section heading. I know you were trying to make a good contribution, so no problem. A quick note though, you did mark the edit as minor, and you might want to briefly go over minor edits and what they are at Wikipedia: minor edit, as the edit you made was not a minor edit. Again, no problems, just a heads up :) ~NottNott ( ✉ -☻) 21:09, 10 July 2013 (UTC)

I appreciate the effort you made for our project, but unfortunately I had to undo your edit(s) because you should probably add the main article link in addition to the existing content. Your contributed article, Criticism of Spongebob Squarepants
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Criticism of Spongebob Squarepants. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – SpongeBob SquarePants. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at SpongeBob SquarePants – you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.
If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Mediran (t • c) 11:53, 12 July 2013 (UTC)
- Gulp... Haven't looked at it yet, but I doubt they will call it a good faith edit.
Replaceable fair use File:Anthony E. Zuiker Creator of Whodunnit?.jpeg
editThanks for uploading File:Anthony E. Zuiker Creator of Whodunnit?.jpeg. I noticed the description page specifies that this media item is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails the first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media item could be found or created that provides substantially the same information or which could be adequately covered with text alone. If you believe this media item is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the file description page and edit it to add
{{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}
, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template. - On the file discussion page, write the reason why this media item is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. LGA talkedits 00:37, 30 July 2013 (UTC)
Religion in biography articles
editNote that prior to adding religion to the infobox of a living person, it must be supported by sourced article content and there needs to be evidence of self-identification and relevance. You can read more about this at Template:Infobox person and WP:EGRS.--Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 01:17, 30 July 2013 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for July 30
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Peter Rice (Chairman of Fox Broadcasting), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Blockbuster (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Request reason:
I want to be unbanned, I don't know what happened to get my account banned forever. Was it something I did? Or was it a harassment account?
Decline reason:
subst:Declining as this account was confirmed as a sock through a checkuser query here. Bjelleklang - talk 20:48, 31 July 2013 (UTC)

Request reason:
I am very sorry for abusing other people, such as User:Yintan, IP address: 94.193.68.7, User:KenSharp, and User:Ponyo. My other account was User:Potnpan123, (talk * contribs) where I abused those users. Once again, i'm very sorry. BuddyBixby419 (talk) 19:31, 28 August 2013 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Please give a complete list of all of your sock account; bear in mind that we may already know some or all of them, and an incomplete list will not achieve an unblock.--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 20:32, 28 August 2013 (UTC)

Procedural decline due to invalid reason. The SPI page you linked shows us that you are a confirmed sockpuppet. If you want to request an unblock, please provide a valid reason for it. Otherwise you'll end up loosing edit access for this page as well. Bjelleklang - talk 20:48, 28 August 2013 (UTC)

Request reason:
I think I should be unblocked because I've apologized for abusing other users. BuddyBixby419 (talk) 18:17, 1 September 2013 (UTC)

You seem to be ignoring the questions above, and you have not covered most of your problematic behavior. As you've had adequate opportunity to formulate a reasonable request, I've removed your ability to edit this page to avoid wasting any more of our time. Kuru (talk) 21:21, 1 September 2013 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:Nickelodeon splat logo 2006 - September 28, 2009.png)
editThanks for uploading File:Nickelodeon splat logo 2006 - September 28, 2009.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Werieth (talk) 02:56, 10 September 2013 (UTC)

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:W00tstock 5.0 18 July 2013 SB and H star R.png
editThank you for uploading File:W00tstock 5.0 18 July 2013 SB and H star R.png. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.
If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.
This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:00, 1 November 2019 (UTC)
